Camilla’s Shop guarantees the utmost care and professionalism in product packaging, ensuring the minimum risk of receiving damaged goods. Camilla’s Shop, with the main intention of preserving the environment by avoiding unnecessary waste, will use recycled and / or used cartons for the shipment of its products. This will allow Lo Shop di Camilla, among other things, to contain costs, favoring the application of further competitive prices for its customers. For this reason, except for the packaging of particular items, no cost is charged to customers of Lo Shop di Camilla for the packaging of the products.
Shipment tracking
All registered customers who purchase on Camilla’s Shop will be notified by e-mail of the shipment of the goods and will be given the code necessary to monitor the shipment on the website of the courier used for shipping.
Couriers
The choice of the courier used to ship the goods is made based on the weight of the products purchased and the destination of the goods, by the Customer during the order and subsequently by Lo Shop di Camilla. The preference expressed by the Customer, without prejudice to the related cost, is not binding on Camilla’s Shop which, in the sole interest of the customer and for the quality of the service, may decide to entrust the shipment of the goods to a courier of his choice. Changing the courier with respect to the preference expressed by the Customer does not in any case involve additional costs for the latter. Shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as specified in the order and except in cases and / or items for which Camilla’s Shop decides to offer a free delivery and shipping service. Estimated delivery times
Deliveries of goods are normally made within a maximum of 3 days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) from the date of shipment of the goods, which can take place as soon as the order is ready. If the goods are in stock, the order is prepared for shipment within 24/48 hours maximum from the notification of payment. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, due to particular traffic and road conditions in general, by act of the Authorities. Any delays in delivery, if known to Lo Shop di Camilla, will in any case be promptly communicated.
Elements that affect delivery times are the total weight of the goods, the type of goods ordered, the type of shipment chosen and the destination. When defining the order procedure, it is possible to choose the preferred courier: as already highlighted, this preference will be respected but will not be binding for Lo Shop di Camilla.
Delays in the delivery of the goods may occur for many reasons, first of all insufficient or inaccurate information on the destination address of the goods and / or the lack of a telephone number to be provided to the courier to facilitate the delivery of the goods and communications. in case of difficulty on the part of the transporter. International shipments
Camilla’s Shop offers its customers an International Shipping service through the use of the best couriers. The international shipping service does not reach all the countries of the world but only the locations indicated below. It is possible that the shipment of some products, due to the fragility (aquariums, glass tanks), weight (stones, sea salt, sand), encumbrance (furniture for aquariums), is impossible, particularly complex and / or expensive and in any case does not allow Camilla’s Shop to guarantee safe and integrity delivery of the goods: in these cases, Camilla’s Shop may cancel the order by promptly informing the Customer and reimbursing any sums they may have paid for the purchase of the goods. Shipping cost
Shipping costs depend on the courier chosen for transport and are determined in a variable way in weight brackets. The calculation of the shipping cost does not depend only on the factory weight of the products purchased but also on the volumetric size of the shipping package. Therefore the weight indicated in correspondence with the various products for sale on the site must be considered as shipping weight and not as factory weight. The combination of the factors described determines the cost of shipping. The costs related to particular items (particularly heavy and / or bulky and / or fragile) and / or to particular destinations (Eg: disadvantaged locations, international transport, etc.) may follow different rules than those described here.
Shipments exceeding 30 kg and / or particularly bulky: will be determined in the same manner described above. Free Shipping Offer
The commercial conditions set from time to time by Lo Shop di Camilla may provide for the offer of free shipping for all shipments that exceed the amount set by the current promotion and communicated with special advertising banners published on the website. It is possible that the promotions in progress relating to the shipment of goods do not include some items whose shipment is particularly complex and / or expensive. For these cases a specific communication will be given.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, free shipping is not provided for international shipments; Orders placed in disagreement with this provision will be canceled by Lo Shop di Camilla unless the Customer decides to integrate any payment made with the necessary shipping costs.
Withdrawal and Return of Goods

The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, or in the case of:
