Shipping is free for orders over € 79.00. Exceptions are possible but communicated from time to time.

As a customer of Lo Shop di Camilla you will have a personal account, the ability to access exclusive promotions and offers and the ability to purchase many useful products at the right price.

How much does it cost to sign up with Lo Shop di Camilla?

Registering on the site costs nothing and provides numerous advantages: from consultation to order traceability, the historicity of your purchases.

Is free shipping valid only online?

Even purchases made in our Show Room follow the rules of online sales. If you wish to ship the goods, the costs are the same as for online purchases and for orders over € 79.00 the shipping will be free.

What happens if I don't log into my account for a while?

Nothing happens. Your account will always be active and accessible. If you are unable to connect or if you cannot remember your password, please follow the steps below or contact us for help.

Who can get free shipping?

Free shipping is for everyone and, as mentioned, based on the purchase amount. There is no free shipping for orders outside Italy and to some Italian locations subject to particular transport conditions.

My orders

When will i receive my purchase?

If you have completed your order and the availability of the product is immediate, the preparation of the shipment will begin once the payment has been completed and may last up to 24 hours. The goods will be shipped by express courier and delivered within 24/48 hours from delivery to the courier.

What if I don't complete the order?

If you don’t complete the order, nothing happens. You will find your cart with the products chosen at any time. But be careful: the availability of the products may have changed in the meantime.

What if the product is no longer available?

It may happen that although the site indicates the availability of the product, it is not really available. Should this happen, we will promptly inform you. You can then choose whether to have the payment refunded, wait for the new availability of the same product or choose another available one.

Why can't some products be shipped?

It is possible that some products cannot be shipped, for security or more strictly logistical reasons. In this case you can always pick them up directly at our Showroom.

Products available to order:

Some products are only available on order. in this case the delivery times from the moment of purchase will be longer. The length of time does not depend on Camilla’s Shop but on its suppliers and their delivery times.

The times will still be communicated to you.

Account

Create an account:

Creating an account is super easy. You can do this by connecting to the “My Account” page simply by entering your eMail. You will receive a password and that’s it.

Delete an account:

If you want to delete your account from Lo Shop di Camilla, just contact us and request it. In a few hours it will be done, with so much regret!

Can't remember my password?

If you don’t remember your password, you can always have another one sent to you by simply clicking on “Forgot Password?” on the Login page.

Can't remember my account email?

If you don’t remember your email or you wrote it wrong when registering, you will need to contact us. We will arrange your account to allow you regular access.

I filled my cart but I don't have an account:

Don’t worry: just proceed in the order and you will be asked to create one. Remember that creating an account offers many benefits.

Can I buy without an account?
