Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions”), exclusively regulate the contractual relations between the customers of the LoShopdiCamilla.net site (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) and the seller LoShopdiCamilla.net, belonging to the company likEcommerce SrlS, with registered office in Milan, Via Chianciano 3, 20161, registered in the Register of Companies of Milan with number 09392070968; intra-community VAT number IT09392070968 (hereinafter referred to as “likEcommerce”).
These General Conditions, drawn up in compliance with the rules set out in Chapter 1 of the New Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, updated by Law 3 May 2019, n.37 and Law 12 April 2019, n.31), are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other conditions, except for preliminary, express and written exceptions. likEcommerce may be obliged to modify some of these provisions; Customers are therefore advised to read the General Conditions each time they visit the LoShopdiCamilla.net site (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). 2. Characteristics of the Goods and Services
The goods sold and the services provided through the LoShopdiCamilla.net website are produced by third parties except for clearly indicated exceptions. Where possible, likEcommerce will indicate the name of the manufacturer and the address of the manufacturer’s website or the distributor of the products on LoShopdiCamilla.net. 3. Execution of an order

4. Availability
Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available. In case of unavailability of a product, the price of that product will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days from the date on which the payment was made.
In the event that only some of the products ordered are not available, likEcommerce undertakes to immediately ship the available products and to bear the delivery costs inherent in the shipment of the remaining products. In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive stop of its production by the manufacturer, likEcommerce will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, likEcommerce will refund the unavailable product. If the customer wishes to return the product on the basis of the conditions set out in article 8 (withdrawal time – satisfied or reimbursed), the costs will in this case be borne by likEcommerce.
5. Prices
The sales prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are always charged to the Customers and are charged at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products.
likEcommerce reserves the right to change prices at any time, but equally undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.
In case of display of a wrong and / or manifestly negligible price, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error …), the order will be canceled, even in the case of initial validation.
6. Methods of Payment

It will also be possible to pay by bank transfer: the information necessary to make the payment will be delivered to the customer together with the order confirmation.
With regard to payment by credit card, the charge will be made after the validation of the order, provided that the authorization has been obtained from the competent banking bodies, without which the order will be considered void.
We inform our customers as of now to note that, in the event that there are suspicions of fraud relating to a specific payment, the latter may be canceled without notice.
In the event of an automatic alert triggered by the information regarding your order, our fraud prevention service may ask you for additional information and supporting documents (such as a copy of your identity card, proof of domicile, …) on the basis of which likEcommerce will be able to validate or cancel your order.
In these cases and in any case in order to ensure the shipment of the order within the pre-established times, we advise the customer to indicate a telephone number at which he will be easily reachable and to confirm the information entered or to return the requested documents as soon as possible .
7. Shipping and Delivery
The products purchased on the Site can be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. likEcommerce does not deliver to PO boxes.
If the item is available in storage, the expected delivery date is determined by the combination of the following 2 elements:
Shipping time (minimum 48 hours): verification of the reliability of the information provided at the time of the account balance (see Article 6) + preparation of the order + management of the package (s) by the carrier
the delivery time of the package by the carrier.

Upon receipt of the order, likEcommerce advises Customers to verify that the products delivered comply with the order, and to indicate, in the event that they are damaged, any anomalies found on the delivery form in the form of handwritten and countersigned reserves.
Without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees, likEcommerce advises Customers to address their reservations as soon as possible:

In case of non-receipt of a package within the scheduled time, the Customer will be invited to report this disruption to likEcommerce so that an investigation can be conducted in this regard. This could take several days.
8. Right of withdrawal. Money Back Guarantee
The Customer can always withdraw from the contract in the manner and within the terms provided for in Chapter 1 of the New Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform likEcommerce, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, of the intention to withdraw from the contract. This deadline starts in principle from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To facilitate the Customer as much as possible and notwithstanding the legal provisions above, www.loshopdicamilla.net has extended the right to return products purchased on the Site to 30 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Camilla’s Shop, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods, of the intention to withdraw from the contract. From that date, the Customer has 14 days to return the items for which they intend to exercise this right, by filling in the appropriate Withdrawal Form (for any problems related to withdrawal you can contact our customer service).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, or in the case of:
lack of original packaging
absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, product arts, labels, etc.)
damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
LoShopdiCamilla.net will proceed with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 15 days.
LoShopdiCamilla.net will consequently reject any product returned unpacked, as well as products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the Customer.
9. Return of products
To return one or more products, follow the instructions in the Returns section.
The return can be made through a courier chosen by the customer or it can be managed by likEcommerce: the customer can choose which return method he deems to adopt also based on the relative cost.
We strongly recommend returning the product through a service that allows tracking of the shipment and possibly taking out insurance from the courier for the commercial value of the returned products, to protect against risks of loss or damage.
We encourage you to return your products to the address indicated on your return form.
10. Product warranties
The products offered for sale on the Site are accompanied by different types of commercial guarantees defined below. It should be noted that the signing by the customer of these commercial guarantees does not affect the application, for any item sold by likEcommerce on the Site, of the legal guarantee of conformity in compliance with the following legal conditions.
Based on the legal guarantee of conformity, likEcommerce undertakes to deliver an order in compliance with the sales contract concluded and to respond for any lack of conformity found at the time of delivery.
To comply with the contract, the products must:
correspond to the description on the Site at the time the order is placed;
be suitable for any use for which products of the same type are usually used or for any other special use sought by the Customer, of which likEcommerce has been informed and to which it has formally consented;
present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and the characteristics described on the Site.
In the event of a confirmed lack of conformity, it will be necessary to restore the conformity of the defective product, at no cost to the Customer.
Please note that this legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity manifested within a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the order.
Whatever the problem of the product in question, it is advisable to return it accompanied by the return voucher that can be downloaded in the Returns section.
Furthermore, we remind you that the legal guarantee may not apply or apply only partially in the following cases:
The repair of damage caused by an external cause to the product (for example: accidents, shocks, lightning strikes, voltage fluctuations, oxidation, presence of sand …),
A Customer error resulting, for example, from use or installation not conforming to the manufacturer’s specifications,
Use of the appliance that is harmful to its maintenance,
Any lack of conformity of which the customer was aware at the time of placing the order.
Commercial guarantees provided by product manufacturers (faulty product):
In addition to the legal guarantees, some goods sold on the Site are provided with a manufacturer’s guarantee, with different validity and duration depending on the products and brands.
Generally, manufacturer warranties do not cover:
The replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, wear of recording or reading heads…);
The abnormal or non-compliant use of the products;
Damage due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized by the manufacturer;
Damage due to causes external to the appliance (for example: accidents, internal or external impacts, lightning, power surges, oxidation, presence of sand …).
The Customer is therefore invited to carefully consult the user manual supplied with the products and the exact terms of the manufacturer warranties which the products in question are possibly provided with.
In any case, likEcommerce cannot be held responsible for any refusal by the manufacturer to apply its guarantee for the reasons mentioned above.
In the event that the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply, the manufacturer will proceed to an estimate. The manufacturer may require the payment of expenses a
administrative in the event that the customer should request the return of the product without the repairs proposed by this quote. In this case, the customer can also abandon their product without additional costs.
The customer has 3 months to accept or reject the quote and pay any amount due. Beyond this deadline, the estimate will be considered as rejected and the material as abandoned. In this case, no refunds can be requested.
The After Sales Service cannot guarantee the customer more than two consecutive deliveries for each product. In case of double non-delivery (package refused, delivery impossible …), the product will be left at the customer’s disposal at the likEcommerce Logistics Center for 3 months. Beyond this term, the material will be considered as abandoned. likEcommerce will be able to dispose of it fully and absolutely, and proceed to its destruction. In this case, no refunds can be requested.
11. Disputes and Liability
likEcommerce cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products sold on the Site.
Although the products sold on the Site possess characteristics that comply with professional use, likEcommerce does not have the vocation of selling products to professionals.
12. Comments, criticisms, communications
All customer opinions sent to likEcommerce are supervised and moderated by likEcommerce marketing. In the event that these opinions are contrary to laws or morality (abusive advertising, defamatory intentions, insults, improper comments …) likEcommerce reserves the right to refuse or modify the opinion in question.
13. Personal data protection
The information communicated to us is essential for the processing and forwarding of orders, as well as for the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts; their absence involves the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you undertake to provide us with truthful and authentic information. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions as well as to the conditions of use on the Site.
In accordance with the Italian law likEcommerce is authorized to collect, process and use your personal data. The aforementioned data will be processed with IT tools.
Please note that, as a customer, you can, at any time, request likEcommerce to provide you with information regarding your personal data and request its modification by contacting our Customer Service.
In case of acceptance at the time of creating your account on the Site, likEcommerce may send you information regarding specific and limited promotional operations.

Know that, in this process, likEcommerce is the only party to hold your personal data.

14. Intellectual Property

All reproductions, partial or total, of the content of the site, by means of any process and on any medium, must be the subject of a preliminary and explicit authorization from likEcommerce. All information, contents, practices and software offered by our services are protected by Italian and international laws that manage intellectual property and copyright. likEcommerce cannot grant permission to copy, publish and / or distribute the various contents to people who do not own the intellectual property rights. All fraudulent uses of such contents will be considered as counterfeiting crimes, severely punished by the Intellectual Property Code. likEcommerce will in no case be held responsible for the violation by one or more users of the rights held by third parties and perpetrated by reason of the activities of the same on the Site.
15. Jurisdiction
For any dispute concerning the LoShopdiCamilla.net site will be the competent court of the buyer’s place of residence.
